Our Story: Family-Owned & Hand-Applied
Established in 2020, our business was born out of a desire to build something lasting during a challenging time. We wanted to invest in a future that would benefit our family and our community without anything holding us back. We chose to be family-owned and operated specifically to stand out from the large corporations that often lose sight of the personal touch.
The Hand-Brushed Difference
What truly sets us apart is our commitment to quality. Unlike many "big box" companies that spray their sealant, we hand-brush every product we apply.
- No Overspray: You’ll never have to worry about a mess on your siding, garage, or landscaping.
- Thicker Protection: Brushing ensures the sealant is worked deep into the pores of the asphalt for a longer-lasting finish.
- Pride in the Details: We treat your property like it’s our own.
Our 2-Year Warranty
Because we believe in the superior durability of our hand-brushed method, we offer a full 2-year warranty on our work. While most competitors only offer a single year (or nothing at all), we stand by our results because we know they are built to last.
As a family-owned team, we take immense pride in the work we do. We’re here to make your sealcoating choice easy, provide honest research, and deliver results you can trust for years to come.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How often should I sealcoat my driveway?
- For the best protection, we recommend sealcoating every 2 to 3 years. This prevents the asphalt from becoming brittle and cracking due to sun exposure and water penetration.
- How long does it take to dry?
- In most cases, you can walk on the surface within 4 to 8 hours. However, we recommend keeping cars off the pavement for at least 24 to 48 hours to ensure the seal has fully cured.
- What happens if it rains right after you finish?
- We monitor the weather closely! If there is a high chance of rain within 24 hours of your scheduled service, we will reach out to reschedule. Your driveway must be dry for the sealer to bond properly.
- Do you fill the cracks before sealing?
- Yes! Sealcoating is a protective layer, but it won't "fix" deep cracks. We offer hot-rubberized crack filling for larger gaps to prevent water from getting under your pavement and causing "alligator" cracking or sinkholes.
- Why should I sealcoat instead of just repaving?
- Think of sealcoating like wax on a car. It costs a fraction of the price of new asphalt and can double the life of your driveway by shielding it from UV rays, oil spills, and ice.
